Return or exchangePolicy
Any claims for damaged items or discrepancies (missing items, wrong items, etc.) must be submitted to our Customer Care Department within two (2) business days after you receive it. You must notify our Customer Care Department by either e-mail or telephone and save the packaging and the items involved in the claim (even if they are broken). Because of the nature of the business, we will not be responsible for, nor issue a refund, if notified after 2 (two) business days.
If you have to return an unopened product please fell free to call us and get a return authorization number so that we can credit your account properly. We hate to say this any unopened or change of mind situation you will be charged 20% restocking fee. You can only return an item with in 30 days of your receiving date. You will not be charged any restocking fee if it is an error in our part. We will not accept any COD or returned order if it is not properly stamped.
