Any
claims for damaged items or discrepancies
(missing items, wrong items, etc.)
must be submitted to our Customer
Care Department within two (2) business
days after you receive it. You must
notify our Customer Care Department
by either e-mail or telephone and
save the packaging and the items
involved in the claim (even if they
are broken). Because of the nature
of the business, we will not be
responsible for, nor issue a refund,
if notified after 2 (two) business
